Project Description
SINGLE VINEYARD
Single Vineyard
Perdriel
Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Malbec
Behind this line is a Uruguayan family’s passion for taking the country’s viticulture to the next level. At Familia Deicas we have carried out research on the compatibility of soils, climates and varieties since 1999 before selecting several terroirs in difeerent key areas in Uruguay and later, in Argentina. Wines can be produced with a geographical identity, according to the soil specificities, subsoil, proximity to the coast and climate of these terroirs.

— | 30% of the wine ages in oak barrels (20% French oak, 10% American oak) for 9 months. |
The color of Single Vineyard Finca Perdriel is an intense dark red. | The wine reveals notes of flowers, plums, blackcurrant and blueberry on the rst nose. Noticeable aromas of vanilla and licorice follow, as well as elegant mineral notes. |
The palate displays abundant red and black fruit flavors, a well-balanced structure and a persistent finish thanks to its freshness. | — |
