Sparkling wine made using the traditional Champagne method. Intense salmon color with bright, lively reflections, displaying fine, persistent bubbles.
Notes of red fruits, cherries, a touch of fine lees, and dried fruits. Subtle, delicate, fresh, and clean. Lively and balanced, broad, flavorful, and fresh with well-integrated bubbles and good persistence. Hints of dried fruits and yeast. Excellent harmony between alcohol and acidity.
Best served between 6°C and 8°C.
