From early October to mid-January, the vineyards experienced a marked water deficit, with 50% less rainfall than usual. The drought ended after a week of high temperatures in mid-January, which caused some sunburn on the grapes, followed by significant rainfall.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In January and February, precipitation exceeded the climatic average by 74%, posing an additional challenge but not preventing the harvest of ripe, healthy grapes. Even under these conditions, our established sustainable grape-growing practices\u2014among the first to be certified by LSQA, LATU, and INAVI\u2014proved effective.
