El r\u00e9gimen pluviom\u00e9trico y las temperaturas del aire fueron normales durante la primavera, no obstante en enero pr\u00e1cticamente no llovi\u00f3 (3mm), y la demanda atmosf\u00e9rica fue muy alta, lo que determin\u00f3 un estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico moderado al comienzo de la maduraci\u00f3n. Este escenario favoreci\u00f3 la acumulaci\u00f3n de az\u00facares y la s\u00edntesis de polifenoles. El mes de febrero se caracteriz\u00f3 por un r\u00e9gimen normal de precipitaciones, pero distribuidas en peque\u00f1as lluvias que mantuvieron el estatus h\u00eddrico del cultivo, sin causar efectos de diluci\u00f3n. A fines de marzo las lluvias fueron importantes, duplicando el promedio de los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os. La cosecha se anticip\u00f3 cinco d\u00edas respecto a lo habitual comenzando con Pinot Noir el 1 de febrero y terminando el 22 de marzo con el Tannat destinado a Familia Deicas Cru d\u00b4Exception.
