class=\"fusion-text\">\n<p>Durante el invierno y el comienzo de la primavera 2010 las lluvias fueron 39 % superiores a lo normal, permitiendo una buena acumulaci\u00f3n de agua en el suelo. Las temperaturas medias, m\u00e1ximas y m\u00ednimas fueron normales para la \u00e9poca y no hubo heladas tard\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Estas condiciones permitieron una brotaci\u00f3n muy uniforme y\u00a0 vigorosa al principio de la primavera. A partir de octubre la situaci\u00f3n cambi\u00f3 radicalmente, estableci\u00e9ndose una situaci\u00f3n de sequ\u00eda moderada.<\/p>\n<p>Las lluvias acumuladas de octubre a marzo fueron 52 % menores a lo habitual. La reserva h\u00eddrica del suelo resulto suficiente para lograr una buena expansi\u00f3n vegetativa con un excelente estado sanitario, no obstante, a partir de diciembre se comenz\u00f3 a manifestar en el vi\u00f1edo un estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico moderado, el cual se extendi\u00f3 durante toda la vendimia. Esto nos oblig\u00f3 a regar en algunos vi\u00f1edos donde el estr\u00e9s hidrico lleg\u00f3 a ser severo.<\/p>\n<p>Las horas de sol durante el per\u00edodo de maduraci\u00f3n fueron superiores al promedio de los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os, permitiendo lograr una excelente acumulaci\u00f3n de azucares y polifenoles.<\/p>\n<p>La cosecha comenz\u00f3 con los Sauvignon Blanc mas tarde de habitual, el 14 de febrero, y culmin\u00f3 el 4 de abril con nuestros Cru d\u2019Exception. Las graduaciones alcoh\u00f3licas son muy elevadas (mas de lo deseable de acuerdo a nuestros objetivos), sin embargo la calidad general de todas las variedades fue excelente. Los niveles de rendimientos se mantuvieron respecto a la vendimia anterior.
