Whether from the Atlantic Ocean or the River Plate Estuary, the grape typically grows in vineyards less than 30 km from the coast, thus benefiting from its influence. 100% Sauvignon Blanc	Maldonado, Canelones y San José.
Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at temperatures of 14 to 17°C (57 – 63°F) to maintain the citrus and tropical aromas.	Atlántico Sur Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is pale in color with greenish hues.
The elegance and intensity of its nose are reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs: grapefruit peel, lemon, kumquat, passion fruit and filigree mineral freshness.	This wine is savory, vibrant, elegant, and flavorful on the palate, culminating in a fresh, mineral finish.
